When I was a little girl, I loved spending hours by the creek near my home. I would slip off my shoes, sink my feet into the cool, flowing water, and watch sunlight shimmer across the surface.
The water moved gently, never clinging to a single pebble or leaf.
I remember feeling a quiet joy in those moments — not needing to be anywhere else, not wishing for anything different.
I didn't know it then, but I was practicing the art of being present.
My path as a meditation teacher and psychotherapist grew from that early connection to stillness and flow — from learning that peace is not something we achieve, but something we notice when we truly pay attention.
My work today is rooted in that same simple truth: that awareness, compassion, and presence can transform the way we live, love, and heal.
My mission is to help others reconnect with that inner stillness — the same quiet stream of life that has always been there, waiting to be felt.
